My name is Lucy, I'm a Yoga Instructor and Online Wellness Entrepreneur.
After transforming my own health and lifestyle over many years, I discovered a deep passion for holistic health and helping others to live more holistic and balanced lifestyles, just as nature intended! In a world filled with stressed out people, it is my mission to support others to a more natural way of living and natural way of being.
I went from working a highly stressful career as a veterinary nurse of eight years, whilst dealing with a life-long battle of chronic health challenges, to completely transforming my life, overcoming a health battle and becoming a yoga instructor where I pour my heart into my yoga classes, to quickly realise that it wasn't sustainable for me physically, emotionally or financially to be relying on yoga teaching as my main source of income and I knew that I was meant for a life of more ease, alignment and more time to spend with loved ones and in nature - my favourite place to be!
That's when I discovered this online business, where I can build a generous and purposeful online income in a way which feels authentic, aligned and nourishing, by simply sharing high quality wellness products which I personally use and love daily, which convert my home into a no-tox sanctuary, supporting my health and wellbeing.
What I absolutely love about this business compared to others, is how much I'm supported and embraced by our incredible online community of inspiring women.
